Delivery & LPM Showroom Pick Up
When you order from LPM.HK, you could choose "Delivery" or "LPM Showroom Pick Up" at checkout:
LPM SHOWROOM PICK UP
- Customers can pick up the goods in LPM Showroom AFTER receiving a "Pick Up Notice" email
- Please make an appointment HERE once "Pick Up Notice" email is received
- Please arrive at the store during your reserved time slot, and scan the QR code provided in the “Appointment Confirmation” email to the kiosk upon arrival
- Order need to be collected in 10 business days upon receipt of notice
- Storage fee will apply if fails to collect order(s) within the stipulated time frame

What payment methods are available?
^Cash: Daily limit is HKD 50,000 per individual
#HK Bank Cheque: Orders will only be released after clearing
%Credit Card: Online orders maximum limit is HKD 100,000 or USD equivalent
*PayPal: Online orders maximum limit is HKD 30,000 and allowed for delivery orders only
+Crypto: Online orders maximum limit is USD 12,000
- NO CASH DEPOSIT at ATM or bank branch is accepted
- NO third-party payments, Payor’s name must match with LPM account holder’s name
- Pricing might be affected by different payment method
Why is the system asking for my Credit Card information even though I’ve selected “Bank Wire/ FPS/ Bank Cheque”?
If you selected “Bank Wire/ FPS/ Bank Cheque”, our system will require your credit card info at the checkout merely to lock in the price of the order by securing a credit card pre-authorization (15% of your order value). It is essentially a temporary hold; no amount will be debited from your card. After receiving the full payment, it will be released to the originated card account.
If fails to settle full payment timely, you will forfeit the 15% deposit plus the applicable market loss and we reserve the right to cancel the order.
When & How do I pay once my order is confirmed?
- Full payment must be received by LPM within 3 business days of placing the order
- Customers are responsible for all associated bank fees including remitter, intermediary and beneficiary bank fee, etc
- Please input your order number in the message/ reference field
- *NO CASH DEPOSIT at ATM or bank branch is accepted

How do I submit proof of payment?
Please submit the proof of payment via the “Submit Bank Receipt” button in your order confirmation email or through the Contact Us on our website within 3 business days of placing the order.

2. Hong Kong Local Delivery
- Local delivery: Flat rate of HKD 80 for orders below HKD 30,000.
- Armed Guard Delivery (Excluding outlying islands): Flat rate of HKD 1,200 for orders valued at HKD 30,000 or above.
- Free shipping on Collectibles products orders between HK$1,000 to HK$30,000 (Invalid for mixed collectibles and investment bullion orders)

3. Macau & International Express Shipping
- Free shipping on Collectibles products orders over USD 500 (Invalid for mixed collectibles and investment bullion orders)
- For other amount orders, please use our shipping calculator at the checkout to get an estimated shipping cost
How long will it take for my order becomes available for collection/ delivery? Any document requirement?
- Please make an appointment HERE to collect the order in person within 10 business days AFTER receiving a "Pick Up Notice" email
- A storage fee will apply if fails to collect order(s) within the stipulated time frame
- In-stock item(s) usually takes about 2 to 3 business days to transfer from the warehouse to our Central store after full payment is received. For orders containing the pre-sale item(s), you will receive pick-up notice by email once the entire order becomes available for collection.

Local / Express Shipping:
- Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, Post Office, or Parcel Lockers
- Orders will be dispatched within 7 business days of receipt of full payment unless your order contains the pre-sale item(s). You will receive an email notification along with a tracking number once your order ships
- We are unable to combine shipping for multiple orders at this stage, any order contain pre-order item(s) will not ship until all items become available

Can I cancel or modify my confirmed order?
Please be advised that once your order is confirmed, you have entered into a legally binding agreement and therefore cannot cancel or modify your confirmed order. Due to the constantly changing market, should you cancel an order or fail to pay for an order in full, you will forfeit your 15% deposit, plus applicable market loss fees. You are not entitled to any market gain in relation to a canceled order.
Do you buy back coins or bullion?
Yes, we do. Please refer to the live buyback price on https://www.lpm.hk/en/sell-to-us.html for the bullion products purchased from us.
If the product you wish to sell isn’t listed on the buyback page, please contact us directly for a quotation.
If your product was bought from elsewhere, please email us the photo at cs@lpm.hk along with the product details for an indicative quote.
*Please note that the prices displayed on the buyback page only apply to products purchased from LPM that are in the original mint packaging and in the same conditions as at the time of purchase. If products or packaging are damaged will be bought back at a different rate, determined when the coins are inspected in our office.
