1. The “Design Your LPM Exclusive” campaign is being organized and managed by LPM Group Ltd (The Organizer). By submitting your design to LPM to participate in the “Design Your LPM Exclusive” Campaign (The Campaign), it means that The Participant (You) have read and agreed to the complete Terms and Conditions of this campaign, and You further agree that if LPM determines that your entry does not meet eligibility requirements for any reason, at its sole discretion, remove your submission from the contest.
   

2. You understand and acknowledge that You are not entitled to any compensation or other consideration for your entry once submitted to The Organizer.
   

3. The campaign starts at 10:00 HKT Friday 27 May 2022 until 23:59 HKT 17 June 2022 (as the “Campaign Period”). Entries received before 10:00 HKT 27 May 2022 or after 23:59 HKT 14 June 2022 will not be accepted or considered successful entries.
   

4. Each Participant may submit multiple entries to The Organizer throughout The Campaign Period, provided that each entry is unique and original.
   

5. Entry is not open to the internal team and contractors of The Organizer, The Organizer’s associated agencies and companies, and their immediate families if any.
   

6. Any costs associated with entering The Campaign are the responsibility of each Participant.
   

7. You agree that The Organizer and its associated companies shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind, resulting from participation in the contest, claim the prize, any delay or distortion of any entry caused by incomplete, lost, misdirected, corrupted, broken data transmissions, or any direct or indirect means in any way connected with This Campaign. You agree that The Organizer is not liable in any way for any false claims, inaccuracies, or illegal content in any materials or information connected with the entries.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to put the winner’s entry (or a modified version, decided by The Organizer) into commercial production; the coin resulting from such commercial production will be solely owned as property of The Organizer. The winner agrees that it will not be entitled to proceeds from the commercial sale of the coin featuring the winning entry under any situations. You agree to take any steps necessary to assign all of Your rights, title, and interest in the intellectual property of the winning entry to The Organizer. You agree that no commercial sale of the coin will be entitled to You under any circumstances.
   

9. Once you have submitted an entry, no changes to or withdrawal of an entry will be allowed.
   

10. In case of any dispute, The Organizer’s decision in relation to any or all aspects of The Campaign is at its complete discretion, final, and binding on all participants who enter this Campaign, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    

11. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or vary the terms and conditions at any time.

1. By submitting your design to The Organizer, you hereby confirm that your entry is royalty-free, trademark-free, and registered-free, and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, with no exclusive right to publish, broadcast, transmit or distribute.

2. By submitting your entry to The Organizer, you ensure that your entry is your original work, and has not been previously published or won any award.

3. The Organizer is not responsible for any copyright infringement of any entries in The Campaign. You agree to indemnify The Organizer and keep The Organizer indemnified against all claims and costs incurred by third parties arising from a breach of the warranties set out in this clause.

4. You grant all proprietary rights (including any intellectual property rights) and ownership of your submitted design to The Organizer to the extent permitted by law. All entries received from The Campaign become the property of The Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to modify, use and publish the design, the title, the product description, or any other content of all entries received, including but not limited to any marketing and sales platform owned or used by The Organizer.

5. You understand and agree that The Organizer may request more information from you for sales and marketing-related purposes. You agree that your entry may be uploaded onto The Organizer’s website, blog, social media accounts, or other marketing-related platforms owned or used by The Organizer.

6. You will take full responsibility for his/her entries submitted to The Organizer. Entries which are offensive, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with the official rules are void.

7. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries in The Campaign, including Your age and identity, The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and void any Participant who fails to follow all the Terms and Conditions listed on this page of The Campaign.

8. The Organizer reserves all legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from You.

1. The Organizer will choose 2 entries following judging of all valid entries to enter a public voting (final round) that will be held on The Organizer’s Instagram account (@LPMHongKong; the “Poll”) on 17 June 2022 17:00 HKT. Entry with a higher percentage of votes received will be the final winner of This Campaign.
   
   e.g. “Design A” will be the final winner by receiving 100% of the vote in the poll
   
   
   
2. 1 winner of the “Design Your LPM Exclusive” campaign will be announced on this campaign page and on LPM’s social pages (Facebook @LPMHK & Instagram @LPMHongKong) on 20 June 2022 17:00 HKT.
   
   
3. The Organizer will notify the winner of their success in winning the prize by email. The winner must participate in the prize personally.
   
   
4. The winner of The Campaign will win 10 silver coins featuring his/her own design. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, coupon, shopping credit or any other prize.
   
   
5. In the event of any element of the prize being unavailable, The Organizer reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value to the winner.
   
   
6. All costs and expenses (included but not limited to import duties, taxes, and customs clearances) associated with prize acceptance and use not stated herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.
   
   
7. The Organizer will take no responsibility if any Winner’s contact details are incorrect or incomplete or a Winner cannot be contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted with 48 hours from the time the winning email is sent to the winner, The Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner by conducting a new round of judging of all the valid entries by The Organizer’s internal team, on a time and date to be decided by The Organizer.

If The Organizer cannot receive any valid entry that meets the entry requirements or The Organizer’s design standard by 14 June 23:59 HKT; The Campaign will be cancelled at any time after 14 June 23:59 HKT without notice.

1. LPM is not responsible for any copyright infringement on any entries received in the “Design Your LPM Exclusive” campaign. Ensure you have fully read and understood the rules of this campaign before submitting a design.

2. The Organizer will contact You and request for You’s personal data for the purposes of administering The Campaign and fulfilling the Prize and, except your full name, the data (email, home address, etc.) will be held by The Organizer. You’s data will be shared with, or sold to, any external parties or commercial entities with your permission. If the information requested is not provided, You may not participate in The Campaign.
